FOB Origin, Freight Collect: The shipment is FOB Origin, Freight Collect. Buyer is
responsible for all freight charges. Ownership, risk of loss, and liability transfer to Buyer
when the carrier picks up the goods at Seller’s location or the agreed origin point. Buyer
is responsible for transportation charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, destination
charges, and freight claims after carrier pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
